Dar Khabad is a recent addition to the lands of Evendarr, their borders were opened in ER 601, and they held their first Gather. Their first open town of Oubliette was destroyed by a Sessuar Raid/Invasion in 602, currently they hold their Gathers to the North of that town in Garrisons Bridge.
